Highest Point 2024
Highest Point is an independent festival held at Williamson Park in Lancaster, showcasing a diverse lineup of music acts, from renowned artists to top DJs. Attendees can enjoy a wide array of food and drink from local vendors, adding to the vibrant atmosphere. Past performers have included the likes of Tom Odell, Busted, and Cat Burns. The festival is proudly organized by a dedicated team from the local community.
I illustrated and collaborated on the design for Highest Point 2024, bringing its visual identity to life. From initial concepts to final artwork, I worked closely with the team to create vibrant designs for the festival’s branding, signage, and promotional materials.
Our goal for the illustration was to create something bright, colorful, energetic, and playful. By integrating it with our chosen color palette and layout design, we aimed for the illustrations to complement and frame the lineup poster, enhancing the overall look.

Highest Point Festival was set up in 2018 as a tribute to Chris Glaba, who started A Wing alongside Richard Dyer and Jamie Scahill as well as working at Skiddle. Unfortunately, Chris lost his short battle with cancer 2016. Since A Wing started in 2014, an annual music festival at Williamson Park was always in the team’s sights. With the passing of Chris, who was integral in the A Wing and Hacienda Classical events, it became even more of a goal to make it happen. The Chris Glaba Memorial Stage has been named in his honour. Highest Point’s ultimate goal is to create a legacy music festival, to join all of the other amazing events that happen in the city, that the people of Lancaster can be proud of.
